The South Boston St. Patrick’s Day/Evacuation Day Parade (Sunday, March 15) is one of the largest in the country, drawing 600,000 to a million spectators each year. Second is the 73rd Annual Holyoke St. Patrick’s Day Parade (Sunday, March 22), with about 400,000 attendees. Last year, the 20th annual Cape Cod St. Patrick’s Day Parade drew an estimated 40,000 to 50,000 spectators.
